Revolutionising the Launch
At Eclipse Fi, we are revolutionising the token launch space with our modular approach, offering an array of customisable solutions tailored to different projects' needs. This innovative model provides alternatives to traditional direct token sales or auction models, such as IDO and LBP, and brings flexibility and creativity to the process.
While many platforms have various launch mechanisms, there hasn't been a dedicated platform for advancing token launches until now. Eclipse Fi introduces customisability, allowing multi-stage launches, new creative ways of distributing tokens, and acting as the go-to-place for launches in the space. The platform starts with IDO and LBP models and will add mechanisms such as Lockdrops, Fair Auctions, Liquid Auctions, and more, all of which can be tailored to increase community engagement, liquidity, and adoption.
Eclipse Fi aims to improve and optimise token launches by acting as a layer for the innovation of launch mechanisms. It will be a place where protocols can experiment with new combinations of modules to create optimal flows.
Aside from new modules developed and innovated by the Eclipse Labs team, there is a scope for community participation with research bounties and grants to come up with whole new mechanisms and models to launch as well as optimal combinations. Projects can also put out bounties to source the best design for their token launch on Eclipse Fi.
Sustainability is core to Eclipse Fi and our approach to token launches. In accordance with this philosophy we allocate our focus away from simple ATH metrics and toward more important more important parameters such as optimising token distribution, rewarding users, and creating structures for long-term growth and success.
This focus permeates everything, from branding and marketing to aligning incentives and organisational goals. Sustainability is is baked into everything we do, from our marketing to our organisational goals. Therefore, at Eclipse Fi sustainability will always be prioritised over shortcuts.
Launching top-tier projects is very important to Eclipse Fi, quality over quantity is the key. Our goal is to push toward larger and more top-tier launches.
For this to work properly, a strong deal flow and rigorous vetting process are essential. In this regard, we also see the potential of community involvement within the vetting process, although this would necessitate guidance, especially in the early stages of the project. Eclipse will initially employ a multi-stage internal vetting process covering many key areas including:

As Eclipse Fi evolves we intend to gradually increase community involvement before moving to more of a DAO structure, or involve a DAO council to carry out some of our due diligence.

It serves an important role in aligning project interests with the community as well as ensuring engaged members are prioritised with regards to launches and allocations.
$ECLIP also plays a key role in multiple launch mechanisms, helping to control the game theory, distribution, and allocation of various launch mechanisms. Additionally, $ECLIP is central to governance, growth, and incentivisation within the Eclipse Fi ecosystem.

It's a hands-on approach to provide projects with the tools and resources they need to ensure their success.
The Eclipse Fi Ambassador Program is a community building and leadership development hub intended to cultivate a robust, interconnected community that emphasises innovation and education. Beyond building a thriving community, it aims to nurture leaders in the Web3 sector, offering opportunities for networking, skill display, reward earning, and career advancement in the growing Web3 field.
